I brought along 4 tropical tree books on a recent trip to Hawaii. This book proved to be by far the best. It is comprehensive and had nearly all of the trees I tried to identify. It has very clear photographs of both the general form of the trees and of their leaves, flowers, and fruit.4/5(4).
Obviously, this is unlikely to trouble those who belong to the book's target audience. The other thing that can be questioned is its aim to cram so many trees into one book.
